Who is eligible for the Toyota Five-Year Warranty?
All brand-new Toyota vehicles purchased from January 1, 2025, onwards at any Toyota dealer, including Toyota Santa Rosa, are eligible.
Do I need to get my PMS only at Toyota Santa Rosa?
No. Your warranty remains valid as long as you complete the required Periodic Maintenance Services (PMS) at any authorized Toyota dealer nationwide.
What's the difference between Full Coverage and Limited Coverage?
Full Coverage provides the same protection as the standard Toyota 3-year or 100,000-kilometer warranty. Limited Coverage does not include wear-and-tear parts, such as suspension, steering, and brake system components.
How many PMS visits do I need to qualify?
First 3 Years: At least 1 PMS per year (minimum 3 in total). To qualify for Full 4th Year: At least 6 PMS visits in the first 3 years. To qualify for Full 5th Year: At least 2 PMS visits during the 4th year.
What happens if I miss a PMS visit?
If you miss the minimum PMS requirement, you may still qualify for Limited Coverage instead of Full Coverage.
How far does the extended warranty go?
With full qualifications, your Toyota can be covered for up to 5 years / 140,000 km.
